Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Documentation Required
To process your refund or exchange request, you must provide the following documentation:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item in its original, unused condition
Refunds
Once your return request and required documentation have been checked, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Exclusions, Restrictions, and Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable items
- Digital products or downloads
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise altered
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] clearly showing the defect along with the required documentation.
We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on shipping costs.
Legal Jurisdiction and Statutory Rights
Customers residing in the EU have the right to a 14-day no-questions-asked return period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This policy does not limit or override any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
